It’s never been easier to do the right thing with your old clothes. Just pack up your unwanted items - any brand, any condition. We’ll send you a label, you send us the package. It’s really that simple. Plus it’s free.
This time, we’re doing things a little differently. We want ALL of your clothes, not just items from our brand partners. This is your opportunity to get rid of everything you don’t wear - the good, the bad and the ugly. We’ll recycle anything you send us that isn't rewearable, saving textiles from landfill and good clothes from bad endings.
We'll just need you to separate the rewearable items from the ones that need to be recycled, so we can make sure they go to the right place. All you have to do is draw a 'X' to the label of the items that are not fit to be reworn.

How it works

Add the items you want to return to your takeback basket
Simply select your return items using our easy online tool. We'll step you through the process.

Package up your items and take to the courier drop point
We don’t want to create unnecessary packaging so re-use a delivery box, or a bag you already have.

We’ll verify your trade-in and send you a discount code
Once we’ve received your takeback, we’ll verify it and then email you a discount code for qualifying items.
